I enjoyed viewing your post. Would you be able to help me using ozone steam therapy for pneumonia, ashtma, arthritis, irritable bowel syndrome, candida, diabetes, chronic fatigue, and general impaired immune system? Jason - Can you explain what sort of Oxygen Therapy you used to treat that lady with shingles?

The thing I'd also like to know is this:
Ozone is quickly destroyed by heat.
Then how in the world can a sauna be the medium in which to deliver this helpful molecule? One would think it gets destroyed well before the body is reached.

Finally, since your original post was a long while ago, what is your assessment of this mode of therapy today, please tell.

Hi -

First, the individual was treated by Mark at the Finchley Clinic, so I can't comment further on the case.

To answer your other questions:

Yes, the added heat does result in the ozone breaking down quite rapidly; but not rapidly enough to break down all of the ozone before it has an effect on the body. The ozone therapy with steam is obviously more effective of a therapy than "dry ozone", whether with or without heat.

Therefore, the best method of doing ozone steam therapy saunas is to do twenty minutes of ozone and steam, and then turn the steam generator off, and just pump the ozone in the chamber for about ten minutes. That way, at the end of the treatment, a higher concentration of ozone reaches the body.

I still use ozone for various applications on a daily basis; I still believe that steam sauna ozone therapy is one of the best and safest methods to use to help detox the body. Also, it has shown to be amazingly effective with cardiovascular problems.
