|
|
I have some questions. I'm a diabetic so I can not fast while taking sodium bentonite clay and psyllium. I've been taking it twice daily for a few days and I'm wanting to remove mucoid plaque and possible parasites. Is this enough times daily to do this and how long should I expect to do this before this happens ?
I do this on an empty stomach and wait at least an hour before I eat. Is this correct ? It's hard to find info of how long before or after a meal to do this.
Is it Ok to take psyllium alone at other times of the day also or is this too much to take daily ?
I am feeling better since I started and the skin on my face has gotten soft and smooth. I really believe in the benefits of clay. Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

Hi Vamp!
For general cleansing and bowel maintenance, twice daily is very sufficient. Waiting one hour is about right, although you don't have to WORRY if you don't. Individuals with food allergies often take a small amount of hydrated clay with a meal or just before a meal.
The benefits of clay use internally are numerous. However, to fully cleanse the bowels, you'll need to add to your regime... Something like Dr. Richard Schultze's Intestinal formula #1:

You can continue to use the clay/psyllium and follow the directions for use of the Schultze intestinal cleanse.
I'm glad that you've shared noticing positive benefits from using clay.
Kind Regards, |

Oh, also...
Since you have such an excellent interest in herbs, I recommend you try to find a copy of Raymond Dextreit's landmark handbook, "Earth Cures" ( also known as "Our Earth, Our Cure" ). This book is currently out of print, but you can sometimes find a copy, and I'm betting that eventually this book will be reprinted.
His herbal concoctions and decoctions are excellent, even masterful.
