Hello to those who may be reading this forum!

I have to issue a word of caution regarding Rapan products.

The products are very active as they are - especially the mud, and should not be used by those suffering from high blood pressure, heart conditions, deep vein thrombosis, cancer and undiagnosed tumours, epilepsy, or any acute conditions/inflammations. Please consult your doctor if in doubt.

High temperatures should not be used with the products, especially if you are suffering from any health problems - 36-38 degrees are the most comfortable temperatures. Start from short period applications and increase gradually. Listen to what your body is telling you.
