Recently I have been reading about Blessed Herbs Colon cleansing program, and Bentonite Clay is one of the primary ingredients. However, I found product reviews that talk about Bentonite being a toxin and shouldn't be ingested.

Is this true or just a competitor trying to steal some sales?

Can you explain more to me about Bentonite? so I can make an educated (more informative) decision
