Hello everyone.
I just joined this site .
I am during my worst period of my life (so far) .
I am working at night and having two nights off every week : Wed and sunday.
every 2 days or so i should change my sleeping patterns and sometimes i sleep 2 hours /24 ,sometimes i sleep 6 and the other times split 2 hour here and 4 there ....
I have a problem with flutalence. i am quitting my job because of this problem.
I can't tolerate to be "sniffed" like a garbage bag everytime someone gets closer.
i have lost about 14 kg in just 4 months. and still going "lighter".
I have lost all my friends who are avoiding me now.
My wife is very supportive and she is always there for me.
The problem just triggered when i arrived in australia. i had no problems before that.
I had the hydrogen test and found that i have lactose tolerance ... strange as before coming to australia i have always ate yughart and drank whey without any problems at all. now i don't eat anything with lactose and still having this problem.
i am having my biotics capsules , they helped at first but not anymore.
I am also drinking pepermint without any relieve.
I am crying every day and i fear this will be my situation all my life.
Now i have read about clay i have some questions :
Where can i buy clay in melbourne australia?
When you say psyllium do u mean the "metamucil" ?

I know it's been a long time but I was hoping maybe I could help you. I wouldn't know about purchasing those items but I would suggest a ton of simethecone. It can be expensive in the U.S. but I think if you search around you can likely find a decent chewable non-brand and that will help not always but often. It's been a problem all my life and I even am starting to see it in my 5 year old. It doesn't fix the problem but I think it does help as it often will encourage light burping and also it pops a lot of bubbles inside your tummy instead of outside. I hope though you have somehow found ways to manage but if not I hope you get this.
