Fruits and veggies are the best one to keep you healthy one and have the best one impact on the body and fitness.... There is proper amount of proteins and nutrition's in the natural foods and have fulfilling the body requirement of nutrition's....

It is good thing to treat the high blood presure with natural things like
fruits and vegetables instead of medicine. These suggestion are quite effected
for the high blood pressure.

Hi,
My dad has very high blood pressure and uses pills to control that. Now i came to know that fruits really help in lowering blood pressure. I have Googled after seeing this post and have known many points regarding this.

Fruits and vegetables really play a vital role to control the blood pressure..
Specially the orange and water melon plays a vital role to reduce the blood pressure.

Blood pressure in common because of the heart problem. To treat the high blood pressure with vegetable and fruits
is good solution. I think even a healthy man should add raw vegetables in his diet plan.

avacado
spinach
fresh pear
beet root
Bananas
Kiwi
