Hello,

I'm a newbie and am just starting the bentonite clay detox diet. I have an URGENT problem. When I mix my Bentonite powder with water, it instantly clumps on the bottom and I can't drink it.

How do I properly mix the bentonite, so that I'm able to actually drink the mixture?

When making clay do not expect to drink it within at least 3 to 4 hours. I always made mine the night before and it was ready to drink the next day. I hope this helps.

Make it in a plastic or ceramic glass and stir with a plastic spoon. Remember to never let metal touch wet clay because it is magnetic and you will ruin it's properties.
