Hi!

I am thinking of getting HPM-20 clay for internal use.
However a lot of sources say that sodium bentonite is NOT for internal use because human body can not tolerate much sodium. They say that only CALCIUM bentonite can be used internally. Is it true?
Can I use HPM-20 internally? If yes, then what is the safe dose?

Please HELP!
