Hi,
I began a detox with French Green montmorillonite 6 days ago - just a teaspoon of powder which I am drinking in the morning. However on day 4 I woke up with a cramp in my calf muscle. Is this connected to a depletion of vitamin K? Yesterday I made a point of eating raw cabbage (prepared as coleslaw). Has anyone else had this experience, and how should it be overcome?
I look forward to your replies! |

Yeah, I've experienced the cramping in my calf muscle while I'm sleeping. I get awake to the mid of the night because of to much pain. I don't know what to do, however, I try to put an ointment on my calf muscle. In a few minutes, the pain was gone. I think, the ointment I put is effective. |
