A friend who is breast feeding wants to do a clay detox with illite. Can she take a teaspoon day?

If a detox is not recommended, then what is the suggested dose for health maintanance through the remaining period of her lactation?

I have some publications by Dextreit, Dextreit &Abehsera, Passebecq, Muller etc, but can find very little written on the subject.

I gave breast feeding during a long time (more as usually in Europe) and took green french clay in oral way without problem.
I used also this clay powder to dry the place after my daughter had finished drinking, to avoid deteriration of skin.
