Most times I read about ozonating water,
they say it should be distilled water. Why?
Can I not ozonate spring water and get
the added benefit of natural mineral content?

Hi -

Yes, you can still ozonate mineral water (without chemicals). Just realize that by virtue of ozonation, you're likely creating mineral oxides. Furthermore, while oxides are being created in the water, less actual ozone will build up (there will be a lower concentration of ozone).

There really shouldn't be anything "bad" about creating additional oxides in the water; but with distilled water, there is no such issue.

Kind Regards,

Jason
