I would like to share with you an amazing technique which I leaned from Dr. Zhi Gang Sha.
Dr. Sha is an amazing healer who teaches all over the world.
I was surprised myself at the result of this technique!
To transform anxiety - Place the middle finger of one hand on the top of your head, Place the middle finger of your other hand in your navel.
Then, imagine a golden light ball in your lower abdomen and chant repeatedly "God please calm me" . Do that until you calm down. You will be surprised at how fast this works!
Use this technique for any emotional imbalance. |

Hello,
What you shared is quite interesting. But isn't it just psychological? I mean you were thinking way before you did the position to transform the anxiety.
I think simply closing one's eyes and saying a little prayer will transform anxiety.
Nevertheless, let me try that technique. |

Belly button and top of head are acupuncture meridians. Works similar to EFT or emotional freedom techniques. Just placing your fingers in those positions for 5-10min will have a calming effect. The prayer intention is good too. Rate your anxiety level from 1-10, 10 being highest before you start. Then rate your anxiety level after. If you start sighing or yawning that is a good sign the anxiety or stress level is changing. You can also tap on the sides of your fingertips and it will relieve pain or stress as you focus in the physical or emotional issue you are tapping about.

hi guys
Anxiety can create feelings of fear, worry, uneasiness and dread in a person.Anxiety is a mood condition of a person. It can often occur without an identifiable triggering stimulus. Thanks for sharing this solution.I have few critics on it.
First it is a psychological solution.
Secondly you have to first change the place.
Thirdly it is not a universal solution to this problem. |
