Hi. This is my first post on this site. I have been searching extensively for an all natural, safe, detox program following the removal of my 6 amalgam fillings. After reading about clay and it's incredible healing abilities, I have become fixed on finding which clay is best for me.
How does one know which clay is most compatible with his/her body? There are just soo many to choose from. I would like to purchase the purest, most high quality clay available to ensure that it will work. Also, what seems to be more effective --internal ingestion or external application? I'm thinking to start I will experiment with clay externally. To me it sounds more safe. Anyone's opinion with experience would be helpful.
