|

Hi,
I've read quite a bit on this wonderful homepage and in one place a man is mentioned, who covered his entire body with a thick layer of clay and stayed that way for several hours. He was quite sick from doing this for the next few days and it was also said that it could have killed him (probably if he would have stayed covered even longer or used more clay).
So it is warned not to do this kind of foolish thing.
What I don't understand is, why is this foolish?
Aren't clay baths with a lot of clay or even baths in clay magma basically the same thing, except that even more clay is being used than this man did?
Why then are clay-water baths and even clay-magma-baths safe, whereas covering the entire body with clay is foolish.
Forgive, if this is a stupid question and thanks for helping! |

Don't scare of mud bath my friend!
The concept of mud and clay bath is a historical one. Earlier, Queen Cleopatra was fond of using Dead Sea Black Mud and now, mud bath converted into a therapy for the people struggling with hot springs.
Places surrounding with the volcanic ash is the best destination for taking a mud bath. Nowadays, luxurious spas and mud bathing parlors are also available for providing mud treatment wherever required.
Being relaxed, enjoying cool temperature, leaving the stress out, accelerating the pace of blood circulation, cleaning pores, improving the complexion, removing body toxins, muscle and joint pains are the reasons why taking mud bath is helpful. Its combination with the ingredients of aromatherapy such as eucalyptus and lavender leaves enhanced affects.
If talking about clay-magma-baths, the spas everyday bring fresh ash for the therapy mixed with the boiling mineral water. Peat Moss is added for improving the texture that helps the body to float. Hence, no suffocation prevails if the sufficient quantity of mud is used.
The situations could be become troubling only if the temperature is already cool or the the body temperature of the person taking mud bath is low; otherwise, nothing goes worst. you can leave the mud bath after being relaxed and had the bath for around 1 to 2 hours.
Scientifically, volcanic ashes are the Bentonite Magma clays comprising bactericidal activity that is good for skin treatment, treatment of infections, anti-diarrheal remedy and are also treated as chelating agent i.e. removing heavy metals from the body. Hence, Bentonite Magma is used for mud and clay bath.
Clay-water baths and clay-magma-baths are safe if you are taking assistance from an expert till you handle it by yourself.
I hope you got answer for your all questions; if not, I am still there for help! |
