hello,
I used to use terramin clay and need to buy more but have been confused after reading this site, as now I do not know which one to buy ie bentonite ect. I have bowel problems cramps and loose bowels and about to embark on gentle cleansing, with clay and colonics plase can you advise on what the diffrence in clays are an d which onw would be suitable. thankyou

Hi Helen:
If Terramin has worked well for you, why not stick with it?
People respond differently to different clays.
Individuals with loose stools may experience a stronger 'in colon' action with a sodium bentonite... so if Terramin has not been helping with your condition, one should look closer to see why, and perhaps switch clays to see the difference.
