I have had eczema for a year now and also recently found out I have high levels of lead and mercury along with lower levels of other metals such as cadmium and arsenic. I thought about using the VE Iron Bentonite internally and using the sodium bentonite from Mountain Rose Herbs in the bath. Does this sound like a good start? I wasn't sure if I had to use a "better" clay in the bath, or if the one from Mt. Rose is good enough. What would be a good dosage internally and in the bath for me to start with, and for how long should I do it? I'm also going to add a chlorella/cilantro mixture for heavy metal removal too. Thanks,

Kindra
