I read on th Eyton's Earth web site a tid bit about clay and lymph drainage. I am wondering if anyone has any more info on this.

I have been ingesting bentonite clay once a day for a couple of weeks and I am having sore spots on my body around where I would guess my lymph nodes are. Is this common?
