Hi I recently got some bentonite powder and want to mix it in my water every morning an hour before eating, I do not take any medications or supplements just a good mostly organic diet and my girlfriend is the same. My girlfriend has gallstones and has had them for quite some time with doctors pressuring to get surgery but we want to do a cleanse. I know before any type of cleanse you should do a colon one so that's what we are doing first. Is the bentonite safe for my girlfriend with gallstones? and i know we should take probiotics along with the bentonite but my girlfriend is lactose intolerant and allergic to citric acid do you know any good probiotic sources that do not contain either lactose or citric acid? also is there anything else we should be making sure to eat with the bentonite besides water and probiotics?
