Hi there;
I have a question concerning magnesium. There are so many different forms of taking this supplement that I would like to know which one's the best.
Here is a little literature in french but easily translateable:

In what form should I take it?Thanx Question

Greetings,

It is difficult to find forms of Magnesium that are truly bioavailable. I can't comment on the different oral forms, as I do not have enough experience.

However, while researching, I strongly encourage you to look into the topical use of Magnesium Chloride, which can be delivered into the body transdermally ( such as used in a bath, or applied topically on the skin ).

We have found a really amazing water soluble supplement that keeps us up to par on our daily calcium, magnesium and zinc intake. When added to water the calcium undergoes a carbonation reaction, which converts calcium carbonate to calcium citrate, which is the most absorbable form of calcium. 80% of Americans are deficient in Calcium and Magnesium, yet people continuously overlook how important these minerals are for the body. We'd like to share more about what we've studied and researched, please feel free to PM us! Very Happy

This complete calcium/magnesium supplement enhances skeletal and other body systems. This supplement delivers 100% of the US daily value of Calcium, Magnesium and Zinc in a specifically balanced formula that is easily absorbed by the body. Calcium in pill form is poorly absorbed or not at all, but this supplement is highly bioavailable and great tasting. If you want to know more or if you are interested in purchasing this product email us and we will be happy to direct you: anitquitytribe[at]gmail[dot]com
