|
|
Jason, have you heard of Zeolite in general, and Natural Cellular Defense specifically?
I know it's multi-level marketed - but the question is - whether it's for real?
And how do other zeolites compare to NCD?
From what I gather, NCD & PCA-Rx are sorta neck & neck insofar as people claiming they help remove heavy metals, though the latter is claimed to be more for metals & the former as having a broader scope. |

hi minni,
these are american brand i take it, ive never seen these in Australia.
i did a quick search to see what you are talking about and came acccross this in the yahoo answers site http://au.answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20060620143431AA3jshN
aparently this is a liquid form of zeolite, which is said to remove heavy metals and toxins.
i have not tried the liquid forms sold in shops and untill i saw your post i didnt even know they existed.
i sell clays here in Australia and we have 2 different zeolites, both are very good in their own right. and yes i do drink these myself.
zeolite in general has a crystal structure that acts as a molecular seive with a negative cation exchange rate which not only draws on toxins, bacteria, polutants (anything with a positive cation) and nutralizes them.
this i can personally vouch for.
current studies into zeolite include cancer research where the zeolite, used on patients undergoing chemo therapy seem to recover better.
industrial uses of zeolite include:
Removal of Ammonia and Phosphorus
Reduces Risk of Fish Disease and Mortality
Stabilises pH
Promotes Clean, Healthy Water
Storehouse for plant nutrients
Improved feed conversion (animal feed additive)
Increased safety in Urea blocks (animal feed additive)
Effluent management
Absorber of heavy metals
Removal of nutrients
Removal of heavy metals
Removal of bad tastes
Control of odours
Reduction in B.O.D
Softens water
Decreased staining
Odour Control
Removal of contaminant metals
'Sentinal' capacity
Reduce leaching
Locking up of heavy metals
hope this is helps

Well... I'm specifically seeking someone who was ill and has tried
BOTH bentonite clays (such as LL's, terramin, mountain rose)
AND various zeolites such as multilevel marketed NCD & others
and can compare them for me.
Because I'm skeptical, since no bentonites have helped me (unlike the On-Site Dead Sea mudpools.
So I'm wondering whether zeolite would be any different - despite the hype. There has been lots of rave testimonials floating on www, for example, coffee enema's for liver, yet when I tried coffee enemas, all I felt was liver pain - but nothing like those rave reviews mentioned.
you can see my extensive clay testimonials on eytonsearth yahoogroup. My pen name there is Minni (minnimall) & subject is "Clay Expose" |

Hi All:
I do not recommend NCD Liquid Zeolite, which is chemically processed and shipped in cheap plastic.
If individuals are interested in a liquid zeolite, I recommend trying Z Life Liquid Zeolite, which is a naturally clean zeolite in humic acid, shipped in 1 ounce glass vials.
