|
|
I have been reading a lot about hydrating Bentonite clay, but why is this required? If you mix it and psyllium into a glass of water, stir it up and drink it, the Bentonite and psyllium will absorb much of the water you just drank.
I drink a the Psyllium and bentonite combo with an 8 oz glass of water, and then I drink another 12 oz of water when finished. I feel a bit bloated fro drinking so much water for about 30 minutes, but after that I feel great (other than having to pee a lot.)
I do 4 of these drinks per day, an hour before or after a meal, often times back to back, and then I REALLY hit the bathroom to go #2 without issues.
I am passing lots of mucoid plaque.
So why all the fuss about hydrating the clay? Is there any evidence that hydrating it makes a huge difference over not hydrating it?
And how much actual dry bentoite powder is in a tablespoon of hydrated bentonite from a product like Great Plains? I've always been curious about this.
I hope somebody can answer all of these questions. |
