Hi again,
I'm still in learning phase with Terramin, so bear with me. If one of the primary uses of Terramin is to remove heavy metals such as Mercury from the system (good thing) , then would it not also remove necessary metals like Iron (bad thing) ?
thanks |

Hi Runner:
Probiotics, taken outside of an hour before or after using clay, is always a nice idea. However, it is not necessary unless that are other circumstances requiring it.
Please read this article on our site:

| If clay is good in taking heavy metals ouy of body, you'd think that if it contains heavy metals in the first place there would be no danger of it being released into your body. Right? |

Hi -
Within reason, this is correct. However, if a clay is overcontaminated, it WILL release the substances back into the environment.
Using a clean clay is therefore always better.

If mud is good in taking hefty metals ouy of body, you'd believe that if it comprises hefty metals in the first location there would be no hazard of it being issued into your body. Right
