|
|
| Hi, I have been suffering from chronic fatigue for years. Now a friend of mine told that I should use Epsom Salt to absorb magnesium, which is said to relax the muscles. So did you ever hear about it. And btw what is the best product out there? So many Epsom salt and so much variety in prices. Can somebody weigh in? thanks. |

I guess, your friend means taking a bath in some cups of Epsom Salt to absorb the Magnesium Sulfate. This way of soaking helps to balance the lack of Magnesium that causes chronic fatigue. I prefer the new product REV for epsom salt, because I think they have the strongest and also most natural formula.
You can get it @CVS. They have 3 different packages. I use the blue box for families. Good luck, Andy |

We have found that taking daily water soluble liquid vitamin supplements has dramatically helped us eliminate chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia. We take high octane B-Vitamin supplements with Tyrosine. B-vitamins assist in fueling the body primarily by helping burn sugar and carbohydrates to provide energy. Tyrosine and amino acids are involved with moving energy impulses along the neural pathways. Tyrosine creates a sense of mental alertness and increased energy. We'd like to share more about what we've studied and researched, please feel free to PM us! |

Hi,
Magnesium chloride is also an alternative method of transdermal delivery of magnesium.
You can buy magnesium chloride flakes in bulk to avoid the high prices with pre-made products.
Daniel Reid, author of The Tao of Detox, stated that magnesium sulfate ( epsom salt ) is rapidly eliminated via the kidneys.
There are benefits to using the sulfate form, so there is nothing wrong with combining the two in-bath.

I'm definately interested in learning more about the vitamin protocols you've mentioned AntiquityTribe.
It is my understanding that B vitamins are also not as easily assimilated via oral supplementation; I use sublingual Vit B-12 and B-6.
Kind Regards,
Jason |
