|
|
I'm 55...have had to have a heart stent inserted and need a natural way to lower blood pressure. I researched and found the articles on Salba. Could someone please tell me something that would help. I realize getting the weight off....I'm 6'1" and weigh 234 would be a big help. I know I need to get into an exercise routine, but I'm hunting something that's out there that has been proven to bring the BP down. At times it's as high as 160/120
Thanks,
Charlie |

| If your doctor hasn't target a specific problem causing your high blood pressure then lowering your cholesterol levels will help alot. There are plenty of foods to help with that like omega-3 fatty acids which you can get easily from tuna or using a garlic supplement or adding it to alot of foods if you like it. Lower your cholesterol should have a positive effect on your blood pressure. |

| you can try to consume food rich in potassium like apples, oranges, bananas, spinach, sweet potatoes and broccoli regularly. I think it can help. |

| Another alternative would be taking organic apple cider vinegar. It is high in potassium and has been proven to help regulate blood pressure. It has also been proven to help curb your appetite and speed up metabolism, both which help you lose weight. |
