I’m really looking for some good suggestions for proper, healthy eating. My wife wants nutrition that focuses on healthy bones and I’m really looking for foods that are good for my prostate. I found this site that says broccoli and fish would be good for my wife, and this sitethat says nuts and onions would be healthy for me. I also found this site about nutrition bars that might be beneficial. Any healthy food suggestions would be great! Thanks!

| Avoid junk foods as much as possible. eating more and more green vegetables and fruits may help you a lot to be healthy. You diet should be full of nutrients. Body needs all nutrients to be healthy. Don't try to ignore some vegetables or fruits. eat every fruit and vegetable for all nutrients. |

Healthy eating is not about strict nutrition philosophies, staying unrealistically thin, or depriving yourself of the foods you love. Rather, it’s about feeling great, having more energy, and keeping yourself as healthy as possible– all of which can be achieved by learning some nutrition basics and using them in a way that works for you.

Hello devonte,
First off, I'm moved by your action of taking the necessary steps to gather information for your wife's diet. Two thumbs for you!
Now going to your question, I got this concept from Dr. Fuhrman's book Eat to Live:
At this point, I think you are quite familiar of associated problems with calcium coming from dairy. In your diet, include a lot of green vegetables as they are high in calcium. Some have calcium-adsorption rates of almost twice as fast compared to milk. You may also include oranges, beans, tofu and sesame seed.
As for your healthy prostrate concern: fish, shellfish, brazil nuts and garlic are high in selenium which is good for prostate. You can also opt for cruciferous vegetables and lycopene-rich foods.
Well devonte, good luck to your diet. |

have a healthy diet plan...even if you eat little of junk food or delicious and sweet foods later on you just notice that you take it all because foods that are delicious have so many contents that will put you on weight,..
while healthy foods are often set aside because they dont taste that good...so bear with the taste for an effective result.. |
