| Hi friends i have a small information about this. A study published in the New England Journal of Medicine found that a diet rich in fruits and vegetables combined with low-fat dairy foods and with reduced saturated and total fat significantly lowered the blood pressure, especially in those patients with hypertension. |

Hi,
The noni juice from the south pacific works fantastic against high blood pressure and as i have mentioned in other posts, it is taken as a medicine (30 ml) 3 times a day. It doesn't taste good but you get used to it. The " Tahitian Noni juice" is available worldwide but highly overpriced compared to our local noni juice in Samoa South Pacific, where I live.
I would like to give you some links to websites but as I am new on this forum I am still not allowed to do so. Anyway go to google and search for
" noni juice + high blood pressure " and you will find great and useful information. |

| How does cooked spinach contain potassium but raw spinach does not? I always use spinach on my salads and realize that it's healthy for me but I would assume that if there is potassium in cooked spinach, then there is potassium in raw spinach. It seems bananas are the most recognized for their potassium content. |
