fuits and veggies high in potassium can be a great help in lowerning and balancing your blood pressure.
here are a few examples:
avacado (raw)
spinach (cooked)
fresh pear
beet root
Bananas
Kiwi (raw)
Oranges
Potatos (baked)
Prunes (dried)
Lima beans |

| hey thanks for the post. My uncle has very high blood pressure and uses pills to control that. Now i came to know that fruits really help in lowering blood pressure. I have Googled after seeing this post and have known many points regarding this. Thanks again! |

| Hi friends i have a small information about this. A study published in the New England Journal of Medicine found that a diet rich in fruits and vegetables combined with low-fat dairy foods and with reduced saturated and total fat significantly lowered the blood pressure, especially in those patients with hypertension. |

Thanks for giving information.
Its really helpful.My dad has suffering from high blood pressure and also taking high power pills.so its natural way to keep blood pressure balanced. |
