Hi friends i have a small information about this. A study published in the New England Journal of Medicine found that a diet rich in fruits and vegetables combined with low-fat dairy foods and with reduced saturated and total fat significantly lowered the blood pressure, especially in those patients with hypertension.

Hi,

The noni juice from the south pacific works fantastic against high blood pressure and as i have mentioned in other posts, it is taken as a medicine (30 ml) 3 times a day. It doesn't taste good but you get used to it. The " Tahitian Noni juice" is available worldwide but highly overpriced compared to our local noni juice in Samoa South Pacific, where I live.

I would like to give you some links to websites but as I am new on this forum I am still not allowed to do so. Anyway go to google and search for
" noni juice + high blood pressure " and you will find great and useful information.

How does cooked spinach contain potassium but raw spinach does not? I always use spinach on my salads and realize that it's healthy for me but I would assume that if there is potassium in cooked spinach, then there is potassium in raw spinach. It seems bananas are the most recognized for their potassium content.
