| My father, who suffered from COPD, was on portable oxygen anytime he left the house. The doctors never identified foods and ingredients that affected his health, but in his attempt to lose weight he started actually watching what he ate. After cutting out salt, his body began to heal itself a little which made it easier for him to do a lot of things. It's amazing how the things we eat and drink really affect our health and ability to do the activities we want! |

I study that increasing the amount of salt intake is obligatorily produce a progressive increase in thirst.
The point that this diet makes a person thirsty must be correct. Sweet drinks at fast food restaurants and at convenience stores were gasoline is sold (7-11) have gotten larger and larger over the years
This is such a sweet, processed sugar that the body cannot handle it properly. It directly goes into the blood stream and activates insulin release from the liver. This causes layer after layer of fat to be deposited in your body and in your circulatory system. |

Use sea salt which is rich in minerals like zinc, iron, calcium, potassium, magnesium.
Avoid processed foods, soups, frozen foods, bottled pickles, and canned foods.
Switch to citrus additives, low sodium condiments like mustard and mayo ketchups.
Add pepper to your food to add taste. |
