HI,
Newbie here, made a generator using 30V AC power supply. I use two .999 engelhard silver bars in 0.00 tds distilled water (1 qt) with bubbler. there is current flow to bars @ 26V. Let generator run 3 days with still no rise in tds. Is this because the bars are to thick? Should I seed the water with some pre-made colloidal silver-would have to purchase from store. Worse case I will buy silver wire, but thought someone out there might have a suggestion.

Interesting,

The only possible reason I can see, provided that the current is actually present, is the size of the bars (I've never used such large bars to produce CS).

I suggest you check if it is actually wired up correctly. There must be something not right.

Larger bars/electrodes are good. You can use a higher current with larger electrodes.
