We recently set up a water purification system--it's resin based and it removes everything including minerals.
It was my plan to remineralize the water for drinking. I was thinking of using pascalite clay and maybe himalayan sea salt to do so.
I see lots about using clay as therapy, but not just as mineralizing water. I was thinking of putting a very small amount of clay and salt into all the water I drink to replace the minerals that were removed by purification.
I understand it is not necessarily a healing protocol and I don't intend it to be. My understanding is that completely pure water can leach minerals out of the body so I want to avoid that.
I am new to the concept of using clay, and I welcome comments on whether this is good/bad, concerns, things to be aware of, etc.
Also, any ideas on how much clay I should dissolve for regular drinking.
Thanks! |
