| Hi friends i have a small information about this. A study published in the New England Journal of Medicine found that a diet rich in fruits and vegetables combined with low-fat dairy foods and with reduced saturated and total fat significantly lowered the blood pressure, especially in those patients with hypertension. |

Hi,
The noni juice from the south pacific works fantastic against high blood pressure and as i have mentioned in other posts, it is taken as a medicine (30 ml) 3 times a day. It doesn't taste good but you get used to it. The " Tahitian Noni juice" is available worldwide but highly overpriced compared to our local noni juice in Samoa South Pacific, where I live.
I would like to give you some links to websites but as I am new on this forum I am still not allowed to do so. Anyway go to google and search for
" noni juice + high blood pressure " and you will find great and useful information. |

| Thanks for the post, my grandpa has high blood pressure, but ignores it. The trick with him is that if he is left to eat on his own, he eats like a teenager. The positive thing is that he eats at my house a lot! So I'm going to incorporate these things. His chest pain has gotten so bad at times and his levels so out of whack that I'm thinking about getting him a medical alert system ! I have seen people change their lives and actually get off the heart transplant list by eating better. Many doctors will vouch for this as most people eat so horribly that the goodness these things provide will make a drastic difference simply by instituting them a little at a time! |
