Regular physical activity makes your heart stronger. A stronger heart can pump more blood with less effort. And the less your heart has to work, the less force, or pressure, that's exerted on your arteries. Becoming more
active can high your blood pressure by an average of 10 millimeters
of mercury (mm Hg). That's the same effect as some blood pressure
medications.
* Eat a lean diet
* Eliminate alcohol, caffeine, and tobacco products
* Reduce your salt intake
* Exercise regularly |

If you want to lower blood pressure naturally you’ll have to eat a healthy diet. This means that you need to avoid foods that are high in fats, cholesterol and sodium and stick to a diet that’s rich in vegetables, fruits and fiber.
You should also look into taking dietary supplements that can help lower your blood pressure. Omega 3 is a great supplement to use when trying to lower blood pressure naturally. |

I agree to you, nancy85
I've got a friend that has a high blood pressure, and he rarely consumes fruits and vegetables. And because of that kind of diet, he often feels like there is something wrong with his body.
Then one time, I suggests that he should be shifting to something 'healthy' - eating fruits and vegetables instead of too many fats and oily foods. and I suppose, the best thing for a person to lower blood pressure is to eat lots of fruits and vegetables. |

Now, it is the time to go green when you are not sure that the food you in take giving all the proteins, vitamins and other good health factors. The polluted environment, tiring lifestyle and cut-throat competition squeezes down all the energy.
Eating non-veg can bring out several digestive and cholesterol related problems giving rise to high blood pressure, huge weight gain, heart problems etc. Hence, going with veggies as going with green can become the best measure for you to live a long and healthy life.
Believe me Richard Gere, Alec Baldwin, Paris Hilton, Hayley Mills, Sandra Oh are some names of the celebs turned towards green. |

| My mother had been complaining of blood pressure issues for a long time. She did everything possible to ensure that she was physically fit. She went for morning walks, practiced yoga, meditation to control her blood pressure and she also ensured that she had a healthy diet. Yet it did not seem to making things right for her. While discussing about the same problem with a doctor friend of mine, he advised me to ask my mother to try Vitaganic's customized vitamins. Ever since my mother started taking the custom vitamins; she has noticed very favorable changes. I suggest you also to try this out and I hope this will definitely support your blood pressure control problems. |

I want to add here some home remedies which are quite beneficial for overcoming high blood pressure.Garlic is regarded as one of the most effective home remedy in lowering the blood pressure. It is excellent for thrombosis, hardening of arteries and high blood cholesterol.
One of the good home remedy for high blood pressure is to utilize the watermelon fruit. Take some seeds of this fruit and add it to some khus khus. Take both of them in equal quantities and mix them together. They will become a powder. Store this powder in a glass bottle. Take about three to five grams of this powder on an empty stomach. This will definitely treat the high blood pressure, if the therapy is continued for a whole month.
Take fennel seeds, cumin seeds and sugar in equal quantities and make a powdered mixture. Then add one teaspoonful of this powdered mixture in a glassful of water and drink. Do this ne time in every morning and every evening. This will be helpful to people who have problem of hypertension. This remedy is very effective home remedy for high blood pressure. |
