After having dinner in a restaurant came home with my whole body full of pimples and tingling on certain parts of my body as if my blood was intoxicated.
What do you recommend apart from fasting and drinking alot of water.?
Thanks for your answer |

I have had problems for a long time with allergies to many many thing and was not sure what I was ever really alergic to so I went to a naturalpath doctor and they can test for all sort of allergins and make sure you know what really triggers you, then after that if wanted you can take a series of shots to help completely get rid of these alergins. ask your doctor for more info regarding this.

I would definitely get allergy testing from a naturopath.

it's recommended that you better have a talk with your doctor regarding this problem. Some foods may not stick to some persons.

Like everyone is saying. A doctor is a good idea. Food allergies can manifest as rashes, sickness, or tons of other things.

you should not take any med of your own as it may worsen the condition..better go for a doctor and do your treatment...dont eat before the diagnosis...

Consult with your nearest physician and he has proper solution for that. Some persons allergies of specific food, dust and some medication.

hi, sometimes yes its good to go to the doctor first and see what he or she prescribe..well thats all they do is ask u to take this and that medicine.then research about the medicine.if the medicine is not good too much side effect then go to a herbalist or a naturopath.
