Hi,
I am new to this forum and wanted to respond to the person who is interested in herbal medicine. I am also interested in herbal medicine, medicinal mushrooms and nutrition.
I am soon to start a course on Integrative Nutrition and may be able to share some tips with people, and of course, learn from you as well, especially about herbs.
