For those of you using the 4 on 3 off / 3 on 4 off schedule....do you stick with using the same type of clay for each cycle, or do you switch up between varous types of clays on any given day? I wonder what has given those with more experience using healing clays internally the best results.

I haven't tried mixing up what kind of clay I use, as I am still rather new to using clay....
