I was struck at 30mph by a 5500lb SUV and then run over (legs/waist) - thrown 60ft. as luck would have it, it was the president of the BAR association, municipal atty, CEO of the only hospital, best friends of my own atty (didn't find out till later), etc - needless to say, i was severely screwed and left for dead. to recover, i have tried just about EVERYTHING - you name it, i tried it - i spent over $4000 on alternative medical things - and in the end - ozone helped the most - by far.

What i do is use 33gal trash bags from Costco. you can get a box of 90 for $20 or so. i snip one of the draw strings so i can tie the bag shut around my waist, and then i rip a hole in the bottom of the bag so that it is snug under my nose, and over my ears.

I use a weak ozone generator (waiting for a good "medical grade" one without oxygen tanks), the XT-301 from AIR-ZONE. 300mg/hr @ 2.5L/min. after doing some calculating, i found out this concentration is only 1/30th of "medical grade", eg, 5%, eg, 60mg/L, 60ug/ml.

anyway, i take the silicone tube and keep it on my chest under the bag as i lay down for a nap - you have to do it for a few hours every day - since it is a little weak.

if you do it enough, you will get a rash, kind of like "poison ivy" - the kind that when you itch, you want to itch more and more - haha. i find that a HOT shower takes care of it - just itch under hot water and it will pretty much go away.

i read that it is the immune system shoving stuff out your skin, and i think that is probably right.

for a longer "body bag" for tall people, you can cut the bottom of one bag, and use duct-tape to tape it to the top of another bag - this allows a tall person to bag from their feet to their breast.

results i have noticed:

1. super clear skin - after every rash, you will notice your skin is much
more clear and youthful. my own theory is that as we get older, our immune system declines, and fungii and other pathogens are able to "nest" and gain "footing", and ozone creates a killing reaction which stimulates the immune system and kicks it into gear. i would say the effect of my little machine on skin is about the same as smearing benzoyl peroxide all over. anywhere you have inflammed follicles, or an underlying pathogenisis, you will get a rash, and the condition will clear over time. i noticed the effect mostly behind my ears and upper chest.

2. i had a bad problem with circulation in my legs - i think old blood clots and other damage was responsible. i know i have a lot of internal injury from one MRI i was able to get. anyway, you can feel the ozone "seep" into you. it feels like an "electrical warmth". and as i felt it seep into my legs, i could feel a "gurgling" and "bubbling" inside my veins/arteries in my legs. after a few weeks, my circulation is greatly improved, and my feet/legs no longer fall asleep when i kneel/sit.

3. i had a bad infection, MRSA i would guess (can't get a damn doctor to culture it after trying half a dozen times!) resistant to EVERYTHING - i tried every antibiotic, anti fungal, anti everything, oils, silver, etc. nothing would stop it, very gold/bright-yellow in color, starting as a "pimple", then ulcerating, eating holes all over me. within days of using ozone, i realized i could stop them. i find ozone doesn't penetrate scar tissue well, so it's a little slow-going, but the infection is on the retreat, and no new outbreaks are occuring.

4. i noticed my ears were affected dramatically. within a few weeks, my sinuses were totally clear - whereas before i used to blow my nose often. a "popping" in my (clogged) ears (while yawning mostly) went away as well (MRSA likes the ears/nose).

5. i did get a sore throat for a while, probably from accidental ingestions of ozone, but it went away after a week or so. your body gets more robust and able to withstand the ozone after a while, as there is less and less to clear up.

6. i had an unusual curving of my fingernails. i studied nail stuff but could'nt figure out anything since i had every curve in nail diagnostic charts - almost like potato chips. and the whites of the nails were not very white, and full of red streaks. some were concave, some convex, some club shaped, some spoon shaped. anyway - they are all reverting to normal. most nail problems are due to oxygen problems, eg, heart/lung/etc. as well as fungus. i don't know what the problem was, but it is clearing.

7. i make my own soap with bleach, and i find that it compliments - sulfur/salicylic acid soap i find useful as well - they both help clear up the rash and get rid of dead skin/protien. i read clay is good for the rash as well. probably anything that is a little "drying".

8. i notice that scars clear up much better with ozone - eg, you use some TCA to peel away a few layers of skin, and then keep ozonating the area every day - i see scars go away that wouldn't go away with TCA alone.

all in all, the XT-301 is OK, but i do wish i had something stronger. it's the cumulative dose that matters, so a weaker machine requires
a lot longer to do its thing. i am looking for a medical grade unit that doesn't require oxygen tanks.

after spending over $4000 on alternative things, i can definitely state that ozone is the closest you can get to a "doctor in a bottle/box/etc", eg, a
cure all. other things i have found that are helpful are cansema/bloodroot, essential oils, TCA (trichloroacetic acid) [helpful for getting at things beneath scar tissue and clearing up scar tissue - in conjunction with ozone], and a good simple diet.

i notice that ozone makes you very sleepy, you can sleep for days straight - and it makes you very hungry - i guess it is burning up blood sugar. 90% of the water in your body is in the lymph, hopefully the ozone gets into that and gets around.
