I just got some Illite clay today. I have been on a grain free/sugar free diet for 5 months. The last month, after starting to feel really good, I have been going downhill fast which is why I ordered the clay. I figure I am detoxing from multiple medications, yeasts and toxins. My question is this...since I have been doing the diet for so long, but feeling so bad, should I start out very slowly or just start taking it. Should I take just the water or drink the clay itself? Thanks for any advice!
