I found an American Colloid Company 325 mesh technical grade bentonite in a 50 lb. bag in a local ceramics supply store. Is it safe to use it internally?

Greetings -

The 325 mesh American Colloid clay is not their best product to use internally, but many people do. There are no dangerous contaminants in the clay, and the clay from this Wyoming quarry makes an excellent internal colon cleanser.

The AC HPM-20 is a more refined product, but may not be available to you locally.

I've found that AC clay works well for bathing and for use internally, but is not the most ideal clay for cosmetics, poultices and compresses.
