|
|
Hello everyone,
I started drinking some Argiletz every morning about 3 weeks ago. Ever since, i have had some problems with my bowl movements. I have about 4 to 5 bowl movements a day and always diarrhea.
I initially started drinking clay because my ascending colon was 'bloated' (thought it might help) - and that hasn't changed at all.
Any suggestions on what is going on and what i should do next?
Many thanks! |

Greetings:
Any time one takes a product that "causes" diarrhea, one should certainly stop or reduce the amount taken.
For problems with loose stools, a far better type of clay to use is sodium bentonite.
Bloating is often associated with problems digesting and/or metabolising food. There can be numerous reasons for this, including food intolerances, poor diet, problems with pathogens ( disease causing organisms ), and/or problems with HCL production in the stomach.
Finding the right clay to use can certainly go along way toward recovery.
One may also consider reading the book Jordan Rubin's book "Restoring your Digestive Health".
P.S.:
If one experiences diarrhea for more than a few days, then one should certainly consider replenishing one's electrolytes.
