Hi!
My name is Cathy and me and my family have been using hydrated bentonite I bought from a natural food store for awhile now. I am wondering about the quality of the average bottle you can buy at the health food store. Is it going to give good results?
Also is it better to buy liquid or solid?

Hi Cat!
It really is a matter of personal preference. Some people just don't want to bother with hydrating their own clay.
Brands very as far as the quality goes. What brand are you currently using?

| hydrated bentonite sold in shops is the bentonite right on the bottom and you have to shake it before use or do they add smthg for it to dilute? Thanks. Turquoisegrece. |
